dual 120mm radiator for 40 watt laser, does that mean that quad 120mm radiator would be sufficent for 80 watt laser?

I would be interested in putting in a 80 watt laser tube in my machine, but price goes up very fast for tube + extra chiller.

If possible it would be nice to be able to cool with simpler pc cooling stuff or peltiers.

Not sure if the heat dumped to the cooling system is linear with laser power. It's likely you will need 5 or 6 120mm radiators for that. I am not aware of any calculations available online for determining such things.
