I added some photos of the parts I made. It should be noted that
any part that has a bearing installed I assured that it would require an 'interference fit', which means the bearing is captive and tight in the part and will not spin in the cavity. I also optionally supply a larger Tube mount and it will carry a tube that's 80~85mm in diameter and the mount bracket will be two piece, divided in half, using two screws. Additionally, it maintains the centerline that Bart established with the 40 watt tube so the mirror brackets, etc. will remain the same for alignment.
For now, here's what's supplied with your order (NO BEARINGS ARE INCLUDED):
Note, larger bracket is for 60, 80, 100W (80mm~85mm Dia. max) tube. Also note that it
may not fit the 'standard' cabinet (Bart's design). I just wanted to show the centerline and relationship to the
mount is the same between the brackets , however, obviously the larger bracket is taller.**THIS TUBE MOUNT IS OPTIONAL and supplied in lieu of the 40watt brackets for an additional $10My email is: kaydee457@yahoo.com in the event that you're reading this and not able to post here.
