Extrusion from ProfileAutomation in Sydney
I found a supplier of low cost 20 series extrusion in Sydney, Australia. They cut to size and deliver.

I called and spoke to Luke who is the guy that handles sales of the extrusion and fittings. He was super helpful and easy to deal with.
The 20x20 was AUD$8.50per metre and the 20x40 was AUD$13.40 per metre.
They have corners brackets, M5 socket head screws, square nuts & washers cheap too.

They stock DYC brand extrusion. See the links below for technical details and dimensions.

It can take standard M5 hex or square nuts in the T-slot which is handy.
