I actually had the same cap go on my board. I had just installed everything where I thought they should go without referring much to the schema. Looks like a batch of those went out with 10V caps for the Vmot. I'm about to switch them out for some 47uf 35V caps and we'll see how that goes.

Edit: Chalk that up to user error, as I removed the caps I realized I had accidentally swapped a 220 10V for a 47 35V, I had all the right stuff, just didn't pay attention. I did wind up toasting a solder pad in the process so back to the drawing board...

probably The 220uF is the wrong voltage. You should Use a 47uF.
