Posted: Fri Aug 12, 2011 8:50 pmThis is what Bart suggests "The positive side is the mirror side and the ground side is the beam exit side. I run the water from positive side to ground side. I do not know if that matters much. With a good flow the temp difference is not that much"

I had next to no communication with them and they emailed me my tracking number
About 2 hours before DHL delivered the tube
Another member on here received a larger diameter laser tube than normal from them I can't remember his name or the outcome of his order.
Hopefully I can use this tube in anger this weekend

Posted: Fri Aug 12, 2011 9:09 pmIt was me! I would recommend not buying from them. They wouldn't admit they were in the wrong. I had to pay Bart to mill larger holders and I still had to modify those heavily.
