Tim's Recomendation is a good one I ordered from Morgan also

Really nice service and fast order processing, I orcered 2 cm thicl 1/2 in cells, he shpped in 2 days

What have people done to support the honeycomb and keep it flat? I want to maintain accuracy in the height and some assemblance of flatness. Is it correct to think that this stuff will conform to any surface you set it on? or does it have some stiffness to it so I have to do something to keep it flat?

The thicker the material or the smaller the cells, the stiffer the honeycomb is.

That's the main reasons I ordered 1" thick and 1/4" cells.

I'm planning on supporting it with aluminum angle. I'll use as much as I need to so that it's supported sufficiently.
