Opinions on Harbor Freight 1/8 HP Airbrush Compressor, $70

Postby timogiles » Fri Feb 03, 2012 5:42 pm

I've been thinking about getting an airbrush compressor to use for my airassist. Right now I'm using my 10 gallon air compressor and a regulator and I'd really like to get away from that. Anyways, is anybody using this airbrush compressor from Harbor Freight? I'd like to hear your thoughts. It's on sale for $70 this month and I have a 15% off coupon.

I've been watching craigslist for a couple of weeks and nothing reasonable has popped up in my area.

I noticed that too, but I didn't want to hijack the CFM calculation thread. a542002 can you chime in?

Hi all
yes I use this since quite a while and be very happy with this . the only part is that if you run the compressor for hours like me it gets hot thets why I used my window A/C unit to cool the compressor and also at the same time the water from the ;laser tube and it works perfect (see the picture )
and another part is that I have cooling for my self because here in florida gets quite hot.
greetings
walt
