New Assist Nozzle

Postby bdring » Tue Jun 08, 2010 1:18 am

I received this nozzle today. I had it made on a 3D printer. It works pretty well. It is very light, but quite ridged. It is all one piece and clamps onto the basic lens holder. The air takes a little bit of a turn down before it enters the main area. I get occasional particles out of my pump. I think it might be little pieces of flashing from the pump mechanism. I hope this little redirect will make sure they never touch the lens. You can see it in the cross section of the PDF.

I got 4 of them. I can sell the extras for $12 each.

There is a PDF here
