Size of cap screws in nozzle

Postby dirktheeng » Tue May 31, 2011 2:27 am

All,

does anybody know what size of an allan wrench to use on the air assist nozzle? None of mine fit so I'm going to have to go and buy one. I measured it with my calipers as best I could. It looks like it is a hair under 2.5mm I can kindof get my 2.5 mm in a couple of them, but not real great. That doesn't workout to be a real convenient us size either. Do I have messed up cap screws or am I missing the right allan wrench?

Just checked: 3/32". (which is 2.38mm, so 2.5mm does not fit (2.5mm is what M3 takes))
