Your website claims to offer the latest up-to-date design, but the illustrations of the Glider appear to be an old Sells Mendel, which is generally considered deprecated in favor of the Mendel Prusa. Your Glider doesn't even seem to be using the latest designs for Sells Mendels, there are improvements in the X axis which seem to be missing. What gives?

I'm not going to comment on the horrible record of customer service, months-long delivery times, and generally terrible business practices that Botmill is known for. It's been documented elsewhere and linked in other threads on this board.

What I will comment on...

1. Are you still selling Sells Mendels? Seriously? This design is 3 or 4 years old, has been well surpassed by Prusa's Mendel and other newer designs, and has a stupidly-high part count. This is not a printer you should be selling to people as "cutting edge". It's not, and hasn't been for quite a while. The fact that you're still selling this design implies to me that you can't be bothered to spend the money and time developing a Prusa-based printer to sell - you're in it to make a quick buck off of people who don't know any better.

2. From the youtube video description:
It even printed the overhangs without supports!

Being able to print bridges and overhangs is not a feature worth advertising. Any reprap printer that is calibrated reasonably well can do this. If this is the best "feature" your printer has, that's pathetic. Additionally, the video doesn't show what the surface finish of the part looks like. How's your layer alignment? Any z wobble present?
