Wanted: Carriage Wheels for FSL 4th gen/K-40

I'm looking for a replacement source for the laser head carriage wheels for the K-40 type laser. Trying to support someone who has had a recent small fire and his wheels are melted, belt is hosed, and the air fitting on the nozzle is melted. I'm not having much luck locating these things via EBay, Google or the like as I have no part number. Anybody have further information which can get me moving forward?

Then click on "D/K40 Small machine parts (X)" in the left pane.
Should be everything you need.
