Precision Problem. Lines with »bumps«

Hey,

i am getting crazy about that issue. I have been trying around with higher speed and lower speed and i cannot solve it. I try to laser (cutout, not engraving) a letter and sometimes
there is a little bump shortly before the laser meets the starting point again. Sometimes the letter comes out perfectly and sometimes (of course
always when i use expensive stuff) it gets distorted. I recognized something strange: When the letter is surrounded by a rectangle which should be cutout
later it seems that the dent occurs more often. Maybe this has something to do with the starting point? I attached a picture for better understanding.

Appendix: Ok i made some more tests. If i laser the letter with starting point top right i will get the dent. When position relative is set to right middle or top middle the
letter is good. But this is more like trial and error. Any hint is welcome.

thank you so much,

tm

P.S: The laser hits the mirror pretty much in the middle

Have you tried lowering the acceleration slightly in Y?

Maybe losing a few steps on the acceleration.
