Extruder control 100% functional...
... Now to rebuild this mess of parts as a functional printer....

Lol, well i have been known be distracted enough for that sort of thing to slip by me, but not it a long time, and not in this case.
Its probably related to the fact that the USB IC is set up as self-powered from the USB cable, while the rest of the board has its own separate 5V supply. they're interconnected by a 500mA PTC, but i didn't have it mounted before, for PSU testing purposes. Problem seems to have gone away since i installed it.

.. So hopefully here midweek, so starting to ship those out by before the end of next week.
ORDuino's should follow very quickly after that.
