Nice! :D

Edit: Does the resistance check out? Oh, and will you number the grid in the production version? Might be useful to have a reference without having to count the ticks (when aligning stuff, for example).

How are you attaching the heated bed to the plate? I need some hardware for mine and want to know what to get.

I don't know what he's using, but I got M3 pan heads and locknuts, some slightly wider washers, and some short 1/2" compression springs... It is based off another guy selling MK2 heatbeds + hardware, so I leveraged his BOM.. :D

I second the "Nice" comment, the plate looks beautiful.

Pretty much.
I've measured one board so far and it came in at 17% lower than predicted, which is within production margins,
so power output will be proportionately higher. Its very acceptable to me as is, but would be a bit too much current for those using RAMPS or similar controllers.
I will probably tweak it slightly for the production model assuming the factory is pretty consistent on their process.
I'll be testing them thoroughly over the weekend, and probably sending the production order on Monday, which means they will start to ship before the month is out.
I'm thinking an initial batch of 50 pcs would be reasonable, considering so far about 25 reserved, a handful prepaid already.
Oh, and will you number the grid in the production version?
Yes- i had problems converting the font for the gerbers so i skipped it for the protos but i'll take care of that for the production run.

mounting

They come with 9 x M3 threaded standoffs attached on the bottom side (Hadron, Quantum gets 4 or 8) so nothing protrudes on the top.
You don't have to use all 9, i put that many in case warping or flexing turned out to be an issue. the corner ones line up with the holes on the carriage plate.
I'm planning to eventually mount mine with springs as well -
The threaded standoffs are about 5.5mm dia, so a spring with 6mm ID would be perfect.
A little locktite on the threads is probably a good idea too.

Don't the springs and some washers sufficiently act as standoffs??
