I made a lasercut plywood 6 pack bottle holder. I designed this up as part of a Christmas present for my brother. It went over really well with him so I just posted the design up on thingiverse. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16290. I also opened up an etsy shop to sell my laser cut creations! timogiles.etsy.com. I designed this in OpenSCAD. It is designed parametrically so you can vary the material thickness, fastener size, bottle size and some other parameters. When you change one parameter all the parts scale appropriately.

Cool project, my wife and I plan to make one for a friends birthday, with personalized engraving it will make a great gift.
